Next Pimp Media Center Not Working

Okay, I installed everything that the Next Pimp Media said that I needed and I got the email with the zip folder. But it still won't come on, it keeps saying that theres an acception that can't be handled and then it tries to debug it and it can't do that either. So I am basically stuck and I don't know what to do. If anyone out there can tell what to do, it'll be greatly appreciated. I spend to much money on this to just get rid of it. Thanks.

when I try to search for an artist this is what I get

can anyone help me my nextpimp media don't want to start up the loader it says it have a problem. system , unauthorized access exception thank u.
