i have follwoed all instructions for installing npmc and webjal to a "t", and yet when i leave the logon blank i recieve this error message
**FAILED TO AUTHENTICATE WITH SERVER****
can anyone please help????

Install Service Pack 2... fixes the problem

Don't mind where it says "# NEXTPIMP.COM Loader Interceptor RC1". I just copied and pasted those lines from another post in to my host file. I'm actually running RC2.1.

i am outeraged i have had this problem for a week and i am pissed i paid 30 dollars for this...i have done everything i dowloaded service pack one and i didnt work so i got service pack 2 it didnt work then i went to the hosts thing and changed it but it still idnt work someone help me please i am about to kill myself

unistall the program then download .net framework version 1.1 then install the program it should work same problem happen to me. you might have to go to download. com to download load .net framework version 1.1
