Error when initializing WebJal

This error appears when I try to run WebJal
I have installed both WebJal and the patch

when you say the patch, do you mean the nextpimp media center?????

No, I mean the WebJAL patch. I do have the NPMC installed - that runs just fine. The error occurs after I am prompted to open WebJAL, while it is trying to trying to load

I re-downloaded the WebJAL software, and the WebJal patch, and now, it's working fine

OK, so everything worked fine - now, I'm having the same problem once again - anybody got a clue as to what is going on?
