View Full Version : Can't upload songs to my phone HELP!!!

I have an I710 and I am using npmc with webjal and it will connect with my phone but when I try to put a ringtone in it it says that it had a connection error. I have tried everything I can think of Please help!

Please make sure you have the drivers properly installed

ok......got the drivers properly installed and it will connect with the phone and bring up a list of stuff on my phone. but when I try to put a ringtone into the phone it acts like it is loading it and then says that there has been a general communication error and to check my preferences. I have done that and everything is fine but it still won't work. Any ideas?

oh and I did restart my cpu after I installed the drivers

ok it finally worked....one time......now it won't connect anymore.......what should I do I have tried like 40 times and still nothing
