When uploading to the phone I get the following" A general communication error occured while communicating to phone please verify the connection between the computer, phone and cable as well as your prefrence setting. In addition you may try settingthe phone baud rate to 19200"
This happens with ring tones and wallpaper. I have a 860 and 830... it happens to both. Some downloaded ring tones work ok. Some wallpaper work ok....but only half the picture shows up on my 860 and no picture at all on the 830.
