Prolems with i710 ringtones

I have been tring for about 2 weeks now to download ringtones to my i710. When the download finishes the song plays for a few seconds and then cuts out after about 5 seconds the song plays again I don't know how to fix the problem would someone please help I am going nuts with this. Thanks

I got it fixed now all i did was reinstalled the webjal and the new patch for it and its working atleast for the moment
