Can't upload after I download?????

I open my iden webjal, it asks me to download wallpaper, ringtone etc. I go to nextpimp, download a ringtone, then i go to iden and try to open the ringtone, it acts as though it opens the file but doesn't put it into a download genre for the iden to upload to my phone. I also got a application was unable to find a phone attatched message. Does this have something to do with the problem? I have checked my connection, it is fine. It even makes a sound when i unplug the phone from the usb cable.

you need to go into prefrence and webjal and make sure the usb box is checked
