I get getting an error message from my webjal that states " A general communication error occured while communicated to the phone. Please verify the connection between the computer, phone and cables as well as your preference settings. In addition you may try setting the phone Baud Rate to 19200." What should i do to correct this problem, thank you in advance.[/b]
