A general communication error

now im gettin a <iden web java application error>
A general communication error occured while communiacating to the phone. please verify the connection between the computer,phone and the cable as well as your prefences settings. in addition you may try setting the phone baud rate to 19200.
ok thats the error as listed , the phones rate is set at 19200 and the prefrences look good to whats wrong now?

I'm having the same problem on certain files only. Some load in without any problems and others just don't seem to load at all. It keeps giving me the same error. Once webjal connects to the phone again(automatically), I can download other files to it. The size is okay and the wav files are the correct 8 bit mono.

If you have windows XP try download service pack 1, from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com if thats not the case, try getting me on AIM when im around, and we'll see what the problam is.

i was havin same problem...till i did this

1 instead of hittin save file, hit open
it will take you to another window, there hit extract files, save it to where you want..i created a file called ringers under my music.......this will convert it from .zip to .wav
u should be good from there...gl

after make da .wav file u wanted be sure u convert da file agen n maybe da problem will be fixed cuz i used to have da same problem n i remembered that u had to convert da file once more after u have shortened da song..
