I get an error (cannot access Host) when I click on start loader intercepter.
Trying to learn how to connect my i730 via USB to the program and it is not working.
Tried to called the support number listed on the website, but it is no longer in service.

OKay, after much playing with this here is how to fix the problem.
This is for OS: XP
Goto run: "%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts"
Open with notepad
add 127.0.0.1 idenupdate.motorola.com after your local host.
Set the file so it is NOT read-only
Save.
Restart program.

Have tried this fix to no avail, is there something else that I can do? I hate to think I wasted $30 and have no recourse!
Please help!

This is the message I get when I try your fix:
The Document C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts is in use by another application and cannot be accessed.
I need help with this!
