having problems connecting with phone

i have a i860.i did everything right to get both media center and webjal to work but once i hit the connect button to connect to the phone,it keep saying unable to read the information of the phone and so on. so i even downloaded the usb drivers for the usb from the link you gave us and it still doesn't work.can so one please, i mean PLEASE!!!! help me with this problem. i got every thing right,now i just need to fix this
