I still get this webjal error [Archive]

I even tried replacing the last line with this
66.197.153.197 idenupdate.motorola.com

My error message is "The application was unable to retrieve required information from server" Any Suggestions?

I get the same error message. I am running WIN2K SP4. When go to my Host file and delete 127.0.0.1 idenupdate.motorola.com, WebJAL opens fine. But I don't have the options to add Wall paper, ring tones, etc. If I understood better, how NPMC works, I could help resolve this problem. In any case, help a kid out. I have a bunch of ring tones I want to upload to my phone.
