Hey can Somone really help me? i've been trying to get this thing to work for almost 2 months, everytime i start webjal it says "the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server." :( what do i dooo? :(

First off make sure You have the latest ver of WebJAL, that way You'll be sure to have tha latest server patch.
I was able to run the app with no prob.
Make sure to log on[leave both fields blank] click "OK"
Hope this helps... it worked for Me.

P.S. make sure that "idenupdate.motorola.com ("destination address"[127.0.0.1] has been added to your host file)
