need help with web jal

can not get web jal to work anymore, a error message comes up saying unable to retrieve required info from the server, can someone help me?

if you have windows XP try downloading service pack 1, from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com , if thats not the case contact me on AIM sometime

do you have to have service pack 1 cause i have service pack 2.. and its comin up with the same old ----
