Media Center Error

I get the following error when I press "Start Loader Interceptor"

There was an error writing your HOSTS file.
Please contact NEXTPIMP Beta Support and Reference this error:

system.UnauthorizedAccessExemption: Access to the path
"C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" is denied.
at System.IO_Error.WinIOEror(Int32 errorCode, String str)
at SystemIOFile.Delete(String path)
at HTTPS.Form1.Start()

What do I do? I paid for the membership, so I should be allowed access if that is the problem.

My version of media center takes up 98 - 99% of my cpu is this normal. My computer is not old and has windows XP is this normal

Problem solved. Program works great.

Can someone help me? I payed for the premier membership, and downloaded the Media Center. When I click on the program to open it, I get "MediaCenter.exe - Unable To Locate DLL", and it says The dynamic link library mscoree.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\ProgramFiles\MediaCenter and so on. Help please.
