Application Errors on USB, Media and WebJal

For the Media Center I get The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click ok to terminate the application.My media wont open. My USB reads one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows doesnt recognize it. The Webjal reads the application was unable to retrieve required information from the server. When I downloaded this I know for sure that my webjal and media worked but had problems with my usb. Now nothing works.

how did you get your webjal to work?
i have the service pack 2 and i still get failed to get authentication from server.
Somebody help. I paid for this stuff, now i can't use it.

i downloaded npmc and it keeps saying application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135) Click ok to terminate the application. So i cant open it up so please let me know what to do.
