If while installing the "Webjal Patcher" you get an error message stating "Run-Time Error 70 Permission Denied" you need to do the following fix in order to get the patcher installed and working correctly.
This error usually means one of two things
1. You lack the administrator privileges to install it.
If you have window xp or 2000 make sure you have administrator
privileges to install. If not you will get an error.
To check go to start menu, settings, control panel, then users.
It will say under your log in name.
OR
2. The host file is set to read only.
To Fix click the start button select Run.
Type in
%SYSTEMROOT%\system32\drivers\etc\
Then right click host and click properties and uncheck read only.
