Hands down jay z nobody has more classic songs both street and radio, also for the last ten years the whole industry been copying whateva he do. But if you consider him retired i like young chris from young gunz if he was to go solo i think people would see he is really sick.

Pac, Big Pun, Jay. Not necessarily in ANY order.
Pac: Not the best lyricist on my list ,but he would project so many feelings through his songs. He'll make people that grew up priviliged feel the pain that he felt.
Big Pun: First Latin solo artist to go Platinum. I think that says something. When you get a chance, LISTEN to pun. He speaks just as much knowledge as Pac but he raps it too fast.
Jay-Z: Better than BIG, by a long shot. What can I say? He's a smart rapper. He got punchlines, knowledge, stories etc.
