i start webjal it was working fine yesterday then today i went to put a rintone on me phone it's maybe about 99% done when it says connecntiong error or sumthing is there a way to fix that thankx it would realy help

Probably in the wrong format... Is it just that file or all of them? And off topic, do you really have a Ferrari?

but it's alll sounds and ringtones in the format of WAV

That's not what I meant exactly... What program are you using to make tones? If you use DB Power amp re-convert the file to 8bit 8000hz mono... Sounds dumb but try it... Prolly a "general communication error"? And you have pics of the car?

Get a copy of DB power amp... Or try a different dl... I'm gonna go to AIM.
