I Got This Problem While Uploading Ringtones.. Any Ringtones , Even The 1 From This Site.. Can Someone Help Me?
It Says "A General Communication Error Occured While Communicating To The Phone. Please Verify The Connection Between The Computer, Phone, Cable As Well As Your Preferences Settings. In Addition You May Try Resetting The Phone Baud Rate To 19200."

your system connector may be corroded, or the file could be bad. try download another one, and if that doesnt work, your system connector or plug could be bad.

Ummmm... OK? The point being?
And 99.9% your ringtone is in the wrong format- Use DB Power amp or Sony Soundforge to convert to 8bit mono 8000hz... What phone do you have?

careful handing out bad information.
The real reason you are most likely getting this error is because:
You have the ringtone in the wrong format. And normally everyone says
"BUT OMG, i got it 8000hz, 8bit, Mono PCM and i did it with Sound Recorder"
Thats your problem. Some programs don't format wav files right. Thats why we host cooledit and soundforge. so be sure to check them out.
A little searching would have gotten this answer found easily.
