Boy webjal is annoying i tried looking but I'm stuck. I got webjal up and the patch, but the problem is when I connect the phone to the labtop and click on connect to phone is saids the application was unable to read the required phone information. Please check your cable connection and your preferences. What can I do to fix this problem?

Go to preferences in webjal and click the box next to connect via USB connection.

usb drivers, and usb box check in the webjal.
