Yo this is like my third post and no one helping me. What kind of site is this. When you have a problem they ignore you but if i say i have ringers i'll get 300 replys. Anyway i go to my NPMC and start the loader then i go to da webjal but when i press connect to phone it says the applications was unable to read the phone information . Please check your cable connections and preferences. I went to my preferences and check the usb connect and it still didnt work. Can a admin please help me .

i'm having the same problem.... thats why i'm trying to find a solution. did you ever find out how to do it?

Same exact problem here...
ok what you do u de install everything
then go to harrythompson.com and fallow the instructuion EXACTLY as its says too then u will be fine or check to see if you have any java apps running any other problems get at me on aim nyjuggalovamp

well i finally got my phone to work. This is what I did. i uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything per ht.com. still didnt work. then what i did is i connected the phone, logged in, then hit connect. then when the message came up telling me to check my phone connection and cable yada yada I would unplug the phone and wait to hear the computer sound and then plug it back in and as soon as it would make the sound it found the phone I would hit retry and it would work 80% of the time that way. My compuer may be differant but give it a try.
