every time i get the song almost transfered it says "A General Communication Error Occured While Communicating To The Phone. Please Verify The Connection Between The Computer, Phone, Cable As Well As Your Preferences Settings. In Addition You May Try Resetting The Phone Baud Rate To 19200." how do i fix it

Why does this keep on poping up?
