Somebody PLEASE help me

OK, I just downloaded Webjal fresh on this computer. Patched it and everything. It work sfine to open and I'm trying to get media on my phone but when I get up to the step to connect via USB. THIS keeps coming up:

If someone can tell me what that means I am clueless and how to fix it, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Go to prefences and change the setting and click on the box that says "connect via USB connection" sorry if th info is wrong or late.
