I have the WebJal softeware and stuff but when click on connect to phone is saids the application was unable to read the required phone information. Please check your cable connection and your preferences. I checked my preferences and the bsud rate is 19200, i clicked via USB, and the COM port is on COM 1. What am I doing wrong???:confused:

you did not installed the usb drivers. or you did not checked the usb box in the webjal options.

OK what is the USB drivers??????and Where can i get it?????and is it difficult to download, because i am totally incompetent when it comes to this stuff:p

If you go to www.harrythompson.com and follow the directions EXACTLY you should be golden.
