is there any to work the webjal w/o the internet feed...........(this might sound dumb but i need to be sure) i've seen someone do ringtones on my 730 w/o the net but i dont know what he was useing............... help

the only way to put the on your phone is with webjal, thats a free way. or you can pay nextel and get it over the air.
