Problem w/ Webjal not covered I think

When I load webjal and click ocnnect to phone
it says "communications error,................" you know
the rest. I have tryed to solve it by,
1) installing the patch
2) uninstalling and reinstalling webjal
3) everything else that ive googled

Now I have cum to the conclusion that it might not be
Webjal its my damn computer. My usb ports work
because I have put things on my ipod, so its not that.
So one of the device manager section and remove the
usb entrys. Except when i do this there is absoluetly
nothing in the device manager, then I click on "show hidden
devices" and nothing. Also the problem is when I try to install
the drivers for the usb modem I get to the end and it says
that there was a problem with "usbser.sys". And that the
device couldnt be installed correctly. Ive tryed googleing it and
Ive tryed to change the baundrate of the fone. Also in Webjal
when I click on connect by usb the "com port" still says port 1.
From what I understand this field is suppose to be blank. Even
when I uninstall and reinstall it it still says that. There no way to
make the fields blank. Is there any answers to my problem, you

people always have problems with webjal try harrythompson.com if you dont get it working then search for other java application loaders there are a couple simpler jals out there if you search
