Help. My phone and WebJal won't work together. (This is my first time using webjal).

I have a boost i450, and nothing works. I tried everything to fix this error message...

A general communication error ocurred while communicating with the phone. Please verify the connection between the computer, phone and cable as well as your prefrence settings. In addition you may try setting the phone baud rate to 19200.

Has anyone else gotten the same message. Please help me.:confused:
