Help?

I've installed webjal and the patch and i've even tried the harrythompson.com site and i've searched for this problem and tried the information that people have told other people and it still says it can't find a connection with my phone or whatever. Does anybody know whats wrong? If nobody knows, does anybody know a different program like webjal I can use? Thank you so much in advance. ps; i did search(: and installed the USB_file thing.

I did that. And I tried changing the baud rate on my phone to match the baudrate in webjal and it still doesn't work;\

Make sure all your java apps are closed before initiating the program.

I found out that I have to start my computer up with my usb cable connected and then it works;\. But thank you for your help guys.
