web jal help

when I go to try to download ring tone from web jal it say unable to read required phone info, check connection & preferences, and when I check preferences and check the box that says connect using USB connection it says there is no USB Driver installed, where do I go to get the driver or is it something else I need to do? I checked my baud rate and it says 19200, what do I need to have this working......H-E-L-P PLEASE.

lets start that you really didn't have to post this here, there is a thread where you post webjal related questions. then you need usb drivers, and you get them in the Guides section, where i am moving this now.
