I am getting this error message from web jal, it is not reconizing my usb driver. FYI I have the i870

Go to the guides section and SEARCH. There's a thread there explaining how to fix WebJal to work with the i870.

i have tried to open my webjal and this message poped up "the application was unable to retrieve information from the server" i have done the webjal fix and i have done everything i thought what do i need to do? Please help!
