i860 problem with webjal

It says " a general communication error occured while communicating to the phone. Please verify the connecton between the computer, phone and cable as well as your preference settings."
This is for the ringtones.
I read some post, and it didnt help me out. I have everything checked out right,
My phone is connected, right Baud Rate, right modem, so far i dont know whats the problem becuase i tried sending a wallpaper and it works perectly.
Can some one help me on this, ive tried almost everything.

i have the same error message, ive tried dling ringtones ive already dled before and it doesnt work anymore, my webjal isnt working anymore either.....

Try uninstalling and re installing it.

Use cool edit pro to make your ringtones. It should work then. I belive their are tutorials on how to make .wav files. If you want to know how to make a mp3 ringtone then PM me...
