Summary: doesn't sync, unreliable charging
Comment: This hot sync charging cradle is junk. I was never able to establish a working connection for hot sync and tried two computers and other cables. This cable never worked while the 2 other cables always worked with both computers.
The connection for charging was unreliable. I would need to wiggle it for the charging light to come on. Sometimes the charging light would go off for no apparent reason. Even when I had a working connection for charging the hot sync still did not work.
I spent so much time trying unsuccessfully to get this to work that I more than lost any value from the perceived monetary savings.
