Summary: Battery works great, had some issues getting my order
Comment: First of all, the battery works great and my husband is really happy with it. The price, even with shipping was also great. If it hadn't taken 2 weeks to arrive, I would have given them 5 stars. I ordered this battery for an old model LG phone and 11 days later it still had not arrived. The postal service tracking number Webtreo provided was useless, only telling me it was in processing somewhere in Oakland, and Amazon gives them almost two weeks before you can start complaining. I finally emailed the company and left me a message the same day and we played phone tag for another day or so. Once I spoke with their rep, she determined that the post office had lost it and promised to send me a new one...via U.S. postal service. I told her initially not to bother, but she assured me she would do her best to get it to me within 3 days. They definitely made good on their promise, and the battery works GREAT. The rep did specifically ask me to change their feedback rating since it wasn't their fault and they were trying to fix the problem, and this seemed to be their greatest concern. However, they really did fix the problem but it took two weeks to get the battery and I had to listen to my husband complain about his phone all that time, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

Comment: I'm glad that I received a great battery for under $8 for my phone. The verizon people wanted $50 for a new battery, and this one works great. I've had my phone on for 5 days now without a charge (after the initial charge.) Thanks Amazon and AccessoryOne.

Comment: I was hesitant at first about buying a battery from here because some of the other buyers commented that they received a used or shotty battery that didn't work and couldn't hold a charge. But I figured it was less than 10 bucks total - why not give it a chance? Well I'm very happy I did because the battery has been working great! It appears to be new but more importantly it works just like a new battery! It holds a charge great and functions perfectly. I'm very pleased with this transaction (in fact, I may buy another battery from this vendor so that I have a back-up for the future...)

Summary: Excellent Deal!
Comment: After reading some of the comments left by other previous buyers, I was hesitant in buying this battery from AccessoryOne. I was worried that the battery might be used or the talk/ standby time would not be good. But since the battery that I currently had only lasted 3 minutes while I was on a call even when it was fully charged, I really needed a new battery. When I got the battery, it was a bit scratched all over the front and back and the contact points showed some wear. But I charged it up anyway and it worked perfectly. I can now talk on my phone for about 4 hours before it would be completely out of battery and I would have to charge it up again. So I'm very satisfied with this battery purchase from AccessoryOne and would buy from them again.
